# Proof-of-Reserves & Attestation - 2026

**What it is:**

A dataset + API that continuously proves the on-chain holdings of an exchange, custodian, or stablecoin issuer, matched against their liabilities, with time-stamped evidence. Includes reorg-aware adjustments, asset pricing, and historical reconciliation. Can output machine-readable proof packages for auditors/regulators.

**What it solves:**

* Regulators and customers need to know assets actually exist and are not encumbered.
* Today’s ad-hoc PoR reports are manual, snapshot-based, and sometimes misleading.
* Stablecoin issuers need continuous peg-backed proof of reserves across multiple chains and custody venues.
